What information do I need to register?
You will need your email address, teacher's first and last names, school name, semester end date and an access code. You will be asked to select a username and password.

How does the registration/signup process work?
While signing up, you will be asked to provide your email address; this is required in order to identify you as the rightful owner of the email account. You will receive a confirmation email in your mailbox that contains a link. Click on that link and it will take you to the registration page where you can register and activate your access code.

Can I register first and activate my access code(s) later?
Yes, you may activate an access code(s) later in your "my products" page.

What happens if I do not receive my confirmation email?
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour please check your email address or try another email address. You may also check your spam or junk folders.

Can a student/teacher access multiple titles using the same account?
Yes, you can access multiple titles using the same username and password. However, each title will have a unique access code.
7.
I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
From the homepage, click on the 'forgot password?' hyperlink and reset your password using two of the available methods. You may answer to your security questions to have your password reset or use your email address to validate your ownership of the account.

What student personal information is collected by this website?
This website requests teacher's name, school name and email address for registration and password recovery purposes only.

What is an Interactive Student Edition (ISE)?
- Electronic Interactive student pages come to life with embedded video clips, animations, simulations, and applets to support difficult concepts (must use access code found on the front page of the student text and register at http://interactive.mytextbook.ca)
- Includes an audio glossary
- Digital delivery offers flexibility. Students can copy and paste, search by key, zoom in and out, etc.

What is an Interactive Teacher Edition (ITR)?
- Includes print Teacher's Resource with CD-ROM and online access (must use access code found inside the Teacher's Resource and register at http://interactive.mytextbook.ca)
- Includes fully worked solutions
- Functionalities include navigation, full text search, bookmarking, note-taking, and printing
- Includes Audio Glossary for Key Terms
- Includes an assortment of interactive activities, i.e. videos, animations, Notebook Activities, Geometer Sketchpad, PowerPoint, Notepad tutor videos, or other software to support conceptual understanding (minimum of two per chapter)
- Includes detailed lesson plans for each chapter
